Hi, I was googling “Texas star” quilt patterns and I was directed to Pintrest and then to your quilt and eventually to your website. I love your quilts! Is the big and bright Texas star quilt from a pattern or did you make it up? If it’s a pattern, would you please share the name and info with me. I have a friend who is wanting me to make her one with this type of star. Thank you!

Thank you very much for your interest and kind words. This was a pattern that I got from John Flynn, it was from a class I took during the Houston Festival. I do believe he still offers the class and the pattern and he may have a kit available. His kits are great, they have the seared edges that go together so very nicely! you are very welcome! 🙂
