More Birds

Guess what! I’ve been looking out the window checking to see if Momma Dove may be hunting and David found that she had! So we quickly got the camera to take photos of the birdies – they sure have grown in one weeks time. So exciting!

I worked on my “birds” blocks again today, got half of the set done. This set has been easier to work with than the other 2. I am guessing third time is the charm, hopefully the other 2 with me a walk in the park.

I got another block from my friends from the friendship bee; this one is from Julie Moser. Thank you Julie! I now have 12 blocks, yippee!

Best of all, I got the binding sewed down on my Zesty Amish. David helped me, it was tricky adding the binding with the piping on the quilt. I just have to do a few corrections here and there, and then attach the sleeve to hang it on and the label. The hardest part is done! Wahoo, a small sigh of relief!

I hope your daily threads are good to you, love and hugs.

The birds are doing good. It would be nice if you could get a picture of them feeding them. Your quilt is coming along fine.
